What determines the width of the punch table?
Punch press is a stamping press. In national production, stamping technology has been more and more widely used because of its advantages of saving materials and energy, high efficiency, low technical requirements for operators and products that cannot be machined through various molds. Stamping production is mainly aimed at sheet metal. Through the die, blanking, punching, forming, stretching, trimming, fine punching, shaping, riveting and extruding parts can be made. , widely used in various fields. For example, we use switch sockets, cups, cupboards, dishes, computer cases, and even missile planes. Many accessories can be produced by punching machines through molds. The working principle of punch press The design principle of punch press is to convert circular motion into linear motion. The main motor drives the flywheel, and the gear, crankshaft (or eccentric gear) and connecting rod are driven by the clutch to realize the linear motion of the slider. The motion from the main motor to the connecting rod is circular. For circular motion and linear motion, there must be a connection point between the connecting rod and the slider. There are two kinds of mechanisms in its design, one is ball type, and the other is pin type (cylindrical type). Through these two mechanisms, the circular motion is transformed into the linear motion of the slider. The punch presses the material to plastically deform it, thus obtaining the required shape and accuracy. Therefore, it is necessary to cooperate with a set of molds (divided into an upper mold and a lower mold) to put the material between them, and the machine exerts pressure to deform it. The reaction force caused by the force applied to the material during machining is absorbed by the main body of the punching machine. Safety production rules of punch press Because of the characteristics of high speed and high pressure, certain safety rules must be observed when stamping with punch press. 1. The transmission parts exposed to the outside of the press must have a protective cover, and it is forbidden to start or test run with the protective cover removed. 2. Before driving, check whether the main fastening screws are loose, whether the mold is cracked, whether the control mechanism, automatic stop device, clutch and brake are normal, and whether the lubrication system is blocked or short of oil. You can drive an empty car to test if necessary. 3. When installing the mold, the slider must be opened to the bottom dead center, and the closing height must be correct to avoid eccentric load as much as possible; The mould must be firmly fixed and checked by pressure test. 4. Pay attention when working. It is forbidden to put objects such as hands and tools into the danger zone. Small parts must be operated with special tools (tweezers or feeding mechanism). When the mold is stuck in the blank, only tools are allowed to release it. 5. If there is abnormal operation or abnormal sound (such as combo sound and crack sound) from the printing press, please stop feeding and check the reason. If the rotating parts are loose, the control device fails, the mold is loose and defective, the machine should be stopped for repair. 6. When stamping a workpiece, hands or feet must leave the button or pedal to prevent misoperation. 7. When two or more people operate, they should drive by themselves and pay attention to coordination. Before coming off work, close the mold, turn off the power and clean it as necessary. In principle, the width of the stamping table should be determined according to the width of the movable pressing surface, that is, the width of the same tonnage is not necessarily the same. The specific tonnage and width can be consulted by manufacturers, and their technicians are the most professional in this area.
