Yes, we can. We need to do some simple data processing first.
1. Process the blank worksheet first.
(1). Copy the data of your column A (i.e. province or municipality directly under the Central Government) to the first line. Use it as a title.
Select the data in column A in the original table and copy it. Then click A 1 in your blank table and right-click menu-Paste Special-Transpose, so that all the data in column A are concentrated in the first row of the new table.
(2) Copy the data in column B to "Jiangsu Province" in the current table, and so on, that is, copy the cities and districts under the provinces and municipalities directly under the central government to the corresponding headings.
(3) The new data area is ready. Then select this area. Menu-Insert-Name-Specify, and select "First Line" in the dialog box.
Because your F 1 drop-down box is ready, select G 1, data-validity-sequence, and enter = indirect (F 1) in the reference.
