3. The size of the window film cut after heat setting, any bending on the glass will be obvious. Almost all rear windows (and many side windows) have spherical curvature to prevent the window film from spreading on the glass. This phenomenon on the window film is called wrinkling. Portable hot gun can shrink and shape the window film accurately on the compound curved surface of most windows. Eliminate wrinkles on the surface. However, in the past, most rear windows needed to cut multiple pieces of glass to be installed on the spherical surface. The hot gun heat setting method is carried out before installation, which not only saves a lot of time to deal with wrinkles, but also makes the appearance of window film more comfortable and beautiful.
