Taking the lithotomy position of bladder, YD posterior wall anesthesia was performed by swelling technique. Make an arc incision on the skin side of the junction between the skin and mucosa of YD posterior wall, peel off 1/2 of the total length of YD posterior wall mucosa under YD submucosa, and pull the muscle tissues on both sides together to repair the broken muscle. YD should be elastic and can accommodate two fingers. YD mucosa protrudes into YD without excision, and the integrity of mucosal layer is maintained. YD was stuffed with gauze roll with a diameter of 3 ~ 4 cm or iodoform gauze roll to stop bleeding, and taken out after 24 ~ 48 hours.
