LED built-in driving full-color lamp beads are lamp beads, but with built-in driving IC, they are very intelligent lamp beads! That's what Gitzo Technology does. The SK68 12 developed by them is an intelligent external LED light source which integrates control circuit and light-emitting circuit. Its appearance is the same as a 5050LED lamp bead, and each element is a pixel. The pixel includes an intelligent digital interface data latch signal shaping and amplifying drive circuit, a high-precision internal oscillator and a 5V high-voltage programmable constant current control part, which effectively ensures the high consistency of the color of the pixel light. The data protocol adopts the communication mode of single-line return-to-zero code. After powering on and resetting the pixel, the DIN terminal receives the data sent by the controller. First, the transmitted 24-bit data is extracted by the first pixel and then sent to the data latch inside the pixel. After the remaining data is shaped and amplified by the internal shaping processing circuit, it is forwarded to the next cascaded pixel through the DO port, and the signal is reduced by 24 bits for each pixel transmitted. Pixels adopt automatic shaping and forwarding technology, so that the number of cascaded pixels is not limited by signal transmission, but only by signal transmission speed requirements. LED has the advantages of low voltage driving, environmental protection and energy saving, high brightness, large scattering angle, good consistency, ultra-low power and long life. Integrating the control circuit on the LED makes the circuit simpler, smaller and easier to install.
