Instructions for use of hot gas platform
(1) Installation and power-on:

Open the package and take out the main unit.

Remove the red screw at the bottom of the fuselage (be sure to pay attention! )

Connect 220V power supply for use. Turn on the power switch and the system can start working.

Note: It is normal to absorb tin with hot air when disassembling the welding torch for the first time, and white smoke may be emitted.

(2) the use of hot air head:

After turning on the power switch, select different tuyeres and tin suction needles (with accessories) as needed, then adjust the hot air temperature adjustment knob (heater) to the appropriate temperature, and adjust the hot air volume adjustment knob (air volume) to the required air volume as needed, and use it when the preheating temperature reaches the adjusted temperature. If you don't use it for a short time, you can adjust the AIRCAPACITY button to the minimum and the heater to the middle position to keep the heater warm. When used again, you can adjust the air volume button and the heater temperature button.

Note: For integrated circuits with different packages, please replace special air nozzles with different models. According to different solder joint sizes, different temperatures and air volumes and the distance between tuyere and plate are selected.

(3) Disassembly of on-line components:

According to the above, let the hot air part work normally, and according to the size of the pad, replace it with a suitable gas nozzle and tin suction needle (with accessories) and heat it. According to different circuit substrate materials and different pads, choose the appropriate temperature and air volume. This method is suitable for single and double panels and solder joints with different sizes.

(4) Disassembly and assembly of patch components:

1.Dismantling of SMD components: Select appropriate temperature and air volume according to different circuit substrate materials, align the air nozzle with the pins of SMD components, repeatedly and uniformly heat them, and then use tweezers to make them naturally separate from the substrate after reaching an indefinite temperature.

2. Welding of the patch assembly: coat a layer of flux at the position where the patch assembly is removed, then flatten the weld, blow the flux evenly with hot air, align the position, put the patch assembly away and position it with solder. Where the patch element is to be soldered, all the solder is piled up (tin stacking method), and then the excess solder is removed as mentioned above, and it can be slightly shaped with an electric soldering iron. Using this method to weld patch components, the solder joints are beautiful, and the welding is fast, firm and reliable.

Precautions for use

1. The hot air torch is equipped with an automatic overheating protection switch, and the nozzle overheating protection switch stops. The ATPCAPACITY must be adjusted to the maximum, and it will be delayed for about 2 minutes before the heater can work and the machine can return to normal.

2. Pay attention to cooling the fuselage after use: after the power is turned off, the heating pipe will automatically spray cold air for a short time, and it will be cooled in stages without unplugging the power plug.

3. When not in use, please put your hand on the bracket to prevent accidents.
