Adhesion of prepuce
I can only do the following except surgery.

You consciously try to drive as far as possible every day, and you should drive for a while. But think about it. If you open it, it will bleed and leave a red scar. Clean up every day.

The following is to provide information and see if it is good for you.

Adhesion of foreskin, phimosis refers to the adhesion of glans penis and foreskin, and foreskin cannot turn over. There are complete adhesion and partial adhesion of phimosis, and some phimosis are closely adhered and need surgical separation; Some phimosis are loosely adhered or partially adhered. Without inflammation, the foreskin can be turned up. If the adhesion gradually leaves the glans penis, the foreskin can turn to the coronal groove. For phimosis with narrow prepuce mouth, when manual foreskin turnover and foreskin expansion are ineffective, operation should be performed to separate adhesion and remove foreskin.

How to solve the problem of foreskin adhesion 1:

If there is no adhesion, you can treat it manually. After disinfection, the foreskin was anesthetized with 2% dicaine, and the foreskin mouth expanded to the extent that the foreskin could be turned up. The prepuce opening can be expanded by injecting air or expanding tube (ureteral catheter), and it can be separated at the same time if there is adhesion. If there is serious adhesion, it can be separated with a spherical probe until the foreskin is completely turned over, exposing the glans penis and frenulum, peeling off scales or stones, then washing with normal saline, disinfecting with 1‰ chlorhexidine, and applying lubricating and analgesic ointment in the foreskin cavity to prevent re-adhesion and reset the foreskin. It is required that the foreskin be turned up and cleaned frequently, and the troubles caused by phimosis can be alleviated. There may be foreskin edema within a few days after separation, which can disappear after soaking in warm salt water. If it adheres again, it can be treated slightly in the same way. This non-surgical treatment, no bleeding, no infection, no stitches, is easy for children and their families to accept.

How to do prepuce adhesion Solution 2:

Circumcision can be used when the foreskin adhesion is serious, mostly because the inner plate of the foreskin skin adheres to the crown groove and glans penis. This is the result of repeated attacks of balanitis prepuce, which causes a lot of inflammatory exudation and adhesion after absorption. It needs to be carefully separated during the operation, otherwise the shape of the glans penis may change, and some patients will have different shades of pigment on the glans penis skin after separation, resulting in spots.

How to do prepuce adhesion Solution 3:

The treatment of phimosis and prepuce adhesion can be performed in children of all ages, such as newborns and infants (

You are still young and will fall off when you grow up, so don't be nervous if you are still stuck. Of course, surgery can be performed after the age of 20. 14/
