Insulating black tape: also known as insulating tape, referred to as black tape. The main components are cotton yarn and asphalt. It has good performance in low temperature environment. However, the fire and waterproof performance is not good, and it is gradually replaced.
PVC electrical tape: Also called PVC electrical tape. The main component is soft PVC film. It has good insulation, fire resistance, pressure resistance, cold resistance and other characteristics, but limited by the ductility of PVC materials, the tightness of wire winding is not good and it is easy to leak water.
High pressure self-adhesive tape: the main component is rubber, which has good ductility and water resistance. It is mostly used for insulation wrapping of high-voltage wiring joints, and now it is also extended to insulation of low-voltage lines. But its strength is worse than the above two kinds of tapes, so it should be used in combination.
3M Electrical Insulation Tape: The main component is silicone rubber tape adhesive, and most products have UL5 10 insulation certification. It also has special insulating tapes corresponding to the requirements of different electrical equipment lines, which are more and more widely used in daily life.
