You can buy physiological saline, hydrogen peroxide, iodophor, disinfection scissors, tweezers and other items needed to deal with infected parts in hospitals or pharmacies. After preparing the necessary things, you can deal with the wound infection according to the specific situation. If there is scab on the wound, you can dip absorbent cotton in normal saline, wet compress it for 40 minutes to soften the scab, and then cut it with scissors.
