3. Other conditions:

(1) The health professional and technical personnel of medical and health institutions at all levels in our province must have served in the original unit for five years (that is, they entered the unit before April 20 16), and the original unit and the competent department issued a certificate agreeing to enter the examination as one of the bases for qualification examination. Health professional and technical personnel who have served for less than 5 years or are in probation period must obtain the certificate of termination of employment relationship agreed by the unit and its competent department before the end of online registration, and go through the formalities before the interview qualification examination.

Staff of other organs and institutions and service personnel of various projects such as "three supports and one support" shall provide the consent certificate issued by the human resources department of the unit and the same level institution. If the staff of government agencies and institutions have a service period in the relevant regulations, they must terminate their employment relationship with their units before they can apply for the exam. Rural order-oriented medical students who have not completed the service period are not allowed to apply.

(2) For the positions that fresh graduates apply for, college graduates who have not worked in their work units during the employment period (that is, college graduates recruited by the state leave school and have not worked in their work units during the two-year employment period stipulated by the state, that is, 20 19 and 2020), their household registration, files and organizational relationships remain in the original graduation school or graduate employment departments at all levels, graduate employment guidance service centers, talent exchange service institutions at all levels and public offices at all levels.

(3) Residents who are recruited for the society, such as fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities, are employed in medical and health institutions after passing the training, and are treated equally as fresh graduates of that year. Clinicians with bachelor's degree who have lived and trained should be treated equally with graduate students majoring in clinical medicine and traditional Chinese medicine when recruiting (the training specialty in the residence and training certificate should be consistent with the professional requirements of the recruitment position).

(4) Applicants who are undergoing standardized training for clinical residents need to obtain the consent of the recruiting unit to continue training or apply for giving up training on their own before registering online, otherwise they will not be hired.

(5) Once hired, the service period shall not be less than 5 years.
