Heat treatment process of 35CrMnSi
35CrMnSi heat treatment specification: 1) quenching: 950℃ for the first time, 890℃ for the second time, oil cooling; Tempering at 230℃, air cooling and oil cooling; 2) Isothermal quenching at 280 ~ 310℃ and 880℃.

35CrMnSiA belongs to the national standard low-alloy ultra-high-strength alloy structural steel, and the implementation standard is GB/T 3077- 1999.

35CrMnSiA is a kind of low alloy ultra-high strength steel. After heat treatment, it has good comprehensive mechanical properties, high strength, sufficient toughness, good hardenability, weldability (preheating before welding) and formability, but its corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance are low. Generally used after low temperature tempering or isothermal quenching. 35CrMnSiA is used to manufacture parts and components with medium speed, heavy load, high strength and toughness. It is mostly used to manufacture various important parts with high load and high speed, such as gears, shafts, clutches, sprockets, grinding wheel shafts, bushings, bolts and nuts. It is also used to manufacture wear-resistant parts with low working temperature and welded components with variable load, such as blades, valve plates and anticorrosion pipes of high-pressure blowers.

The chemical composition of 35CrMnSiA is as follows:
