Declaration conditions:
Employees and enterprises applying for vocational skills promotion awards shall meet the following conditions:
(1) Newly-introduced applicants with national professional qualifications for technicians and senior technicians must be introduced to Changsha after June of 20 17 and 2 1 year, sign labor contracts with enterprises for more than three years (inclusive), and pay social insurance continuously for more than 1 year (inclusive).
