Vocational skills promotion award:

Establish a reward system for upgrading vocational skills, and give 5,000 yuan and 2,000 yuan to newly introduced and newly acquired senior technicians and technicians respectively. The same professional qualification certificate can only be declared once.

Declaration conditions:

Employees and enterprises applying for vocational skills promotion awards shall meet the following conditions:

(1) Newly-introduced applicants with national professional qualifications for technicians and senior technicians must be introduced to Changsha after June of 20 17 and 2 1 year, sign labor contracts with enterprises for more than three years (inclusive), and pay social insurance continuously for more than 1 year (inclusive). Their vocational qualification certificates must be on the national vocational qualification website. If they can't be found, they must provide proof.

(2) Applicants who have newly obtained the professional qualifications of senior technicians and technicians should obtain the professional qualifications after June 2065438+2 1 in 2007, and pay social insurance continuously in Changsha 1 year or more.

(three) the applicant's enterprise (including individual industrial and commercial households) should be registered in Changsha, with independent legal personality, and pay taxes and social insurance in Changsha according to law.

Application materials:

Declaration process:

Enterprise employees' professional qualification promotion awards are accepted and declared all the year round, and distributed in a centralized manner every month. The specific process is as follows:

For the newly introduced and trained senior technicians who purchase houses for the first time in Changsha, they will be given a subsidy of 30,000 yuan, which will be organized and implemented in accordance with the "Implementation Measures for Purchasing Houses by Talents in Changsha".

Subsidies for upgrading vocational skills will be implemented. Employees who have participated in unemployment insurance in our city according to law and obtained primary (level 5), intermediate (level 4) and advanced (level 3) vocational qualification certificates or vocational skill grade certificates will be given subsidies of 1.000 yuan, 1.500 yuan and 2000 yuan respectively. Specific conditions and reporting procedures shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions issued by the Municipal Unemployment Insurance Management Service Center.

Skills Competition and Support Awards:

Organize and carry out the "Top Ten Scholars and Best Artisans" selection activities every year, and award the winners 60,000 yuan and 30,000 yuan respectively, and give priority to the selection of labor models, and organize and implement them according to the implementation measures of the "Top Ten Scholars and Best Artisans" selection in Changsha.

Organize and guide all kinds of skilled talents to participate in skills competitions at home and abroad, and give supporting rewards to winners and transportation units. Vocational colleges, technical schools and private vocational training schools that have been registered in Changsha Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for more than 2 years (inclusive).

Reward conditions:

(1) Sending intermediate and above technicians to enterprises in Changsha every year, totaling 100 (inclusive).
