If the double eyelid line partially disappears, eye repair can be performed locally. The newly formed double eyelids should keep the radian consistent and natural with the remaining double eyelid lines.

Can be cut along the original incision, fully peel off the skin below the double eyelid line, remove the orbicularis oculi muscle and the tissue in front of the meibomian, and sew up the incision by using the extensibility of the upper eyelid skin to increase the width of the double eyelid.
3. Double eyelids are too wide
It shows that the width of double eyelids is more than 8 mm, which is easier to trim for those patients whose eyes are not European, but whose double eyelid lines are wider. Just redesign the incision within 6 to 8 mm for eye repair and remove the original incision together.

It can disappear after natural swelling, or you can always pull the skin on the upper edge of the incision for 2 to 3 months to make it loose and droop, covering the redundant double eyelid line. In severe cases, the skin at the lower edge of the incision should be cut, peeled off and released according to the original incision, and the skin at the lower edge of the incision should be sutured upwards beyond the adhesion between the original meibomian and the skin.

Redesign the double eyelid line, widen the inner and outer width of the double eyelid line for eye repair, cut along the original double eyelid line, and remove part of the upper eyelid skin at the upper edge of the incision to coordinate the inner and outer widths.
