I have scars on my eyebrows.
After trauma, surgery, burns, scalds and other injuries, people's skin will have scars, which will seriously affect people's beauty. At present, there is no ideal method to treat scars, so doctors often take various measures to prevent and alleviate scars. Scar prevention focuses on early, persistent and long-term, and the main measures are drugs and pressure.

Drugs should be used as soon as possible after the wound heals. Commonly used scar softening drugs include heparin and Kangruibao. Apply the medicine evenly on the scar and massage several times a day to make the medicine penetrate into the scar tissue. You can also use a scar patch. Scar patch is a kind of silica gel film made of new medical polymer materials, which can not only prevent scars, but also soften and flatten the early scars that have gradually risen, making pigmentation shallow. At the beginning, the scar patch should be applied for 6-8 hours a day, and then gradually increased to 24 hours a day.

Pressure in the early stage of scar formation, elastic compression should be used. Different elastic sleeves can be used for different parts of scar, such as elastic mask, mandibular sleeve, upper limb sleeve and elastic gloves. When using, if you find that the wearing part of your body is blue and purple, you should immediately take off the elastic sleeve and adjust the tightness to be appropriate. After the affected area adapts to the pressure, it can gradually increase the pressure time until it continues to be pressurized for 24 hours. The pressing method should last for 6 months to 1 year until the scar is completely flat, soft and white.

For keloids that seriously affect the appearance and function, it is best to remove them by surgery and then take the above measures, which can also achieve satisfactory results.
