According to the relevant provisions of the "Implementation Rules for the Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Shenzhen" (Shenzhen Regulations [2009] No. 3) , with the consent of the Human Resources Bureau of Baoan District, this unit has decided to recruit one staff member. 1. Applicant conditions and requirements
(1) Basic conditions

1. About academic qualifications
The academic requirements for the position are "graduated from full-time general higher education". 2. About the major

(2) The major studied must correspond to the academic level specified in the "Position List".
3. Regarding the calculation time of age and working years.
Age requirements for applicants: Those with senior professional and technical qualifications must not be over 50 years old, that is, born after July 1, 1960; those with deputy senior professional and technical qualifications must not be over 45 years old, that is, on July 1, 1965 Born after July 1, 1965; those who have obtained a doctorate through full-time general higher education must not be over 45 years old, that is, born after July 1, 1965; the calculation of working years ends on June 30, 2011.

2. Registration and qualification review

(2) Qualification review
Qualification review will be conducted at the same time as on-site registration. The recruiting unit will review the materials provided by the candidates. Those who pass the qualification examination will be determined as candidates for employment, and the registration information will be retained by the recruiting unit. Applicants must submit the following information:
1. "Registration Form for Staff Recruitment by Shenzhen Public Institutions" (original, please see attachment 2 for the empty form);

3. Examination and assessment
(1) Clinical skills assessment
The recruiting unit will organize qualified personnel based on the information and qualification review results provided by the applicants. Conduct clinical skills assessment. The time and location of the clinical skills assessment will be notified later.
(2) Determine the candidates for the interview
According to the order of the candidates’ clinical skills assessment scores from high scores to low scores, the interview candidates will be determined based on three times the number of candidates to be hired; the number of applicants is insufficient If the number of candidates is three times the number of candidates, all applicants will be interviewed.
The list of candidates for interview will be announced on the website of Shajing People's Hospital of Bao'an District, Shenzhen () and notified by phone.
(3) Interview
The interview time and location will be notified later.
4. Determine the candidates for the physical examination
Based on the clinical skills assessment (50%) and interview scores (50%), the candidates for the physical examination will be determined in equal amounts. If only one person applies for a position, he must pass the clinical skills assessment; if two or more people are competing for the same position, and if the total scores are the same, the candidate for the physical examination will be determined based on the interview score. The list of candidates for physical examination will be published on the website of Shajing People's Hospital of Bao'an District, Shenzhen.
5. Physical Examination
Physical examination personnel should bring their ID card, physical examination notice and a recent one-inch full-face color photo with no hat, and participate in the physical examination on time. Those who do not participate in the physical examination on time will be deemed to have given up automatically.
The physical examination time and the hospital will be notified later.
The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "Implementation Rules for Physical Examination of Open Recruitment Personnel in Public Institutions in Guangdong Province (Trial)".
6. Inspection
For candidates who pass the physical examination, the employer must inspect their ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, etc. within 30 days. The inspection includes qualifications Review and assessment.
7. Public announcement
For candidates who have passed the examination, physical examination, and inspection, the Baoan District Human Resources Bureau will publish the list of candidates online for 7 days.
8. Recruitment
The employer shall handle the recruitment procedures for the proposed personnel, and shall prepare all required information and submit it to the personnel administration department at the same level for record within 3 months after the announcement.
9. Wages, benefits and retirement benefits
Wages and benefits are implemented in accordance with relevant regulations of Shenzhen City. For retirement, a social pension insurance system with basic social pension insurance and occupational annuity system as the main content is implemented.
