Entering Lhasa:

Before entering Tibet, all people entering Tibet should complete the registration through the "Registration and Reporting in Tibet" applet of Tibet Yitong three days in advance and fill in the itinerary information truthfully. After entering Tibet, the nucleic acid test report, itinerary card and health code inspection should be standardized at the first entry point; If home health monitoring is needed, do not go out during the period, and do personal protection when going out for medical treatment and other special circumstances, and try to avoid taking public transportation.

II. Management requirements for personnel entering and returning to Tibet in high school risk areas

Those who have lived in high and medium risk areas within 7 days will be suspended from entering Tibet in principle. In accordance with the principle of "filling in the blanks", those who have already entered Tibet will be subjected to centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection will be carried out on the first, second, third, fifth and seventh days of centralized isolation, and the isolation period will be counted from leaving the risk area; For those who have lived in the middle-risk area for 7 days, the medical observation at home should be carried out, and the nucleic acid detection should be carried out on the first, fourth and seventh days of home isolation. Those who do not have the conditions for medical observation at home should be observed at centralized isolation, and the isolation period should be counted from leaving the risk area.

III. Management requirements for personnel returning to Tibet in low-risk areas and other areas

Those who have lived in other low-risk areas in counties with high or medium-risk areas within 7 days or those who have locally diagnosed cases/asymptomatic infected persons within 7 days but have not been assigned the risk level, must bring negative reports of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours when entering Tibet, and take home health monitoring for 3 days after entering Tibet according to the principle of "filling in the blanks".

IV. Requirements for management of entry personnel and prevention and control of urban epidemic situation at border ports

Entry personnel must report to the community or reception unit in advance after completing 7 days of centralized and isolated medical observation at the first entry point as required. Those who do not have the conditions for point-to-point closed-loop transportation and home health monitoring need to complete 3 days of home health monitoring on the spot; With the conditions of point-to-point closed-loop transport and home health monitoring, the residential community or reception unit will organize the completion of home health monitoring for 3 days, and complete a nucleic acid test on the first and third days respectively.

People who have a history of living in border counties and ports in the region need to have a negative report of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before leaving the county.

V. Close contacts and close connections require close contacts to take the management measures of "7 days of centralized isolation medical observation +3 days of home health monitoring". Nucleic acid detection was carried out on the first, second, third, fifth and seventh days of centralized isolation medical observation, and on the third day of home health monitoring. The isolation management period shall be counted from the last exposure, and it shall be returned to the place of residence in a "point-to-point" closed loop after the centralized isolation is lifted.

VI. Requirements for nucleic acid detection of occupational groups at risk

All personnel involved in cross-border vehicles, such as drivers, cleaners and maintenance personnel, porters of imported goods at ports, front-line personnel of imported cold chain food storage and processing enterprises, staff in centralized isolation places and staff of designated medical institutions shall be tested for nucleic acid once a day during their operation.

The related medical staff in the fever clinic of general medical institutions, and other frontline personnel in direct contact with entry personnel and articles, such as customs, immigration management departments, will be tested for nucleic acid once a day.

The staff of express delivery and take-away service, hotel service personnel, decoration and loading and unloading service personnel, port management service personnel, transportation service personnel, staff of general medical institutions except fever clinics, and staff of shopping malls, supermarkets and farmers' markets will be tested for nucleic acid twice a week.
