In addition to routine maintenance, the maintenance contents should focus on checking whether the working conditions of all components are normal, whether the fasteners are loose, whether the chain is tight, whether the connecting pin of the chain joint is bent and twisted, whether the internal and external gantry moves up and down normally, whether the hydraulic joint leaks oil, whether the mechanical part is abnormally worn, and whether the electrical part has abnormal temperature rise and sparks. If abnormal phenomena are found, they should be adjusted and eliminated in time.
Secondary maintenance: it should be carried out as planned and comprehensively inspected according to the following requirements.
A, mechanical maintenance: once every six months, the main content is to add lubricating oil to the transmission gear and bearing of the driving wheel and lubricating oil to each rotating joint. At the same time, check whether the fasteners are firm, whether the wheels rotate flexibly and whether the forklift lifts normally.
B, hydraulic maintenance: once every 12 months, check whether the oil cylinder is in a normal state, whether there is internal leakage and external leakage, and whether the hydraulic connector and hydraulic hose are reliable and leak-free. Whether the hydraulic oil is clean, in general, change the hydraulic oil every 12 months.
C, electrical maintenance: once every three months, first check whether the specific gravity of the battery electrolyte is appropriate and whether the battery terminal is clean, otherwise the specific gravity of the electrolyte must be adjusted according to the regulations, and the terminal must be cleaned, coated with a little vaseline and tightened correctly. Then check whether the electrical connector is reliable, whether the switch is normal, and whether the electrical insulation is normal.
