Fuzhou Baiyun Cave Hiking Trail
There are many mountains in Fuzhou, among which Baiyun Cave is a super cool hiking place, where the mountains are high and the forests are dense, and the air is high in oxygen. After climbing, you can overlook the whole city landscape, which is really worth a visit. The following are detailed hiking routes and strategies.

The whole route is divided into two sections.

1. Pedestrian Street-Baiyun Cave

2. Baiyun Cave-Baiyunding

3. Baiyunding-Lanyuan (the ancient spirit lies in Buddha)-Gushan Ancient Road.

: Precautions

1. Nearly half of the journey from Baiyun Cave to Gushan is mainly the upper and lower stone steps; Knee is not good, remember to prepare knee pads.

2. Baiyun Cave has water, so you can make tea and eat vegetarian noodles; There is no water source from Baiyun Cave to Bai Yunfeng. You need to bring your own water to make tea.

3. If you go downhill from Gushan in the future, take the ancient road and get out of the subway station. There is no street lamp for the love and courage of pine trees.

4. Guyuan Highway can drive to Bai Yunfeng, but there are certain requirements for cars. Mainly cross-country, can bear abuse, not self-pity.

This trip to Baiyun Cave started in the afternoon. From the bus stop in the pedestrian village to the pedestrian new garden, all the way is being demolished and I can't find my way. As the landmark houses are still standing and the entrance alleys are brightly lit, it seems that this trip will yield more surprises.

1. Pedestrian Street-Baiyun Cave

There are nearly 3000 stone steps from Xingcun to Baiyun Cave, all the way up. It is estimated that many people will retire directly. Now that we have arrived, why not try to walk up? I give you some small goals, and you can always accomplish them.

On the stone steps not far away, you can always see red numbers, representing how far you have gone and how far you are from your destination. 2 1 This number means that you have arrived at the entrance of Baiyun Cave for one day, and the number 22 means that you have approached the most difficult stone step-Fansheng Temple. No.29 is Gate 2, No.30 is Gate 3, and No.31is Baiyun Cave.

You can always meet people who come and go here to climb mountains along the way. Don't worry about the excessive silence in the mountains. Of course, it is best to travel together.

Compared with autumn, the plant buds on both sides of the road stand out in the sun. Every time I see them, I always feel delicious. I want to take them off and chew them in my mouth.

There are peach blossoms in the temple, which are rare on weekdays, but don't miss them. Otherwise, make an appointment with me and come to Fansheng Temple to see the peach blossoms in full bloom at this time next year!

Baiyun cave is noisy at any time. Even in the dead of night, the weather is sultry. There are always people waiting here to overlook Fuzhou. Climbing Baiyun Cave at night is a challenge. I've never been here before.

2. Baiyun Cave-Baiyunding

I have seen the scenery of Bai Yunfeng posted by others, and the scenery is very attractive; This time, at that intersection, I chose a different direction from the first time. I go to the right, and my destination is Gushan Ancient Road.

The 3000-level stone steps are very tired. If you go up, you can't escape the endless stone steps. Stone steps that don't know the distance can occasionally make people feel depressed. Rhododendrons blooming all the way, red and green buds, occasionally overlooking the scenery below the mountain, somehow comforting people. The scenery ahead should be enough to comfort the hard work all the way.

Between the swaying branches, at the end of the stone steps, you are suddenly enlightened, thinking that you are at the top of Baiyun Mountain and are rushing up. A sloping boulder is engraved with a vague "80 Party Foundation". This is just an appetizer. You can have a rest here and have a panoramic view of the mountains.

On the right side of the boulder, there is a path between ambiguous trees. Pick up the weeds on the branches and walk on the looming road. A big platform appears in front of you. A dozen people are having a picnic here. In the distance, it is the scenery of Guling. It's really nice to camp here for a day, but please remember to bring your own garbage.

There is also a statue of Guanyin Bodhisattva at the top, with its back to Guling and looking at three giant balls in the lonely mountain from a distance. Standing next to the statue, surrounded by 360 degrees, overlooking the surrounding scenery, Lanyuan, Baiyun Ding, Guling, Gushan and Fuzhou have a panoramic view.

Baiyun peak is not far from here.

3. Baiyunding-Lanyuan (the ancient spirit lies in Buddha)-Gushan Ancient Road.

The ancient reclining Buddha is hidden in the jungle. It's quite old. There are several stone tables in front of the temple, and meat is forbidden. The temple also provides vegetarian noodles, but I haven't tasted them yet, so I can only wait for the next time.

Lingwo Buddha lives next to the Orchid Shop, which is only a short walk from here to Gu Huan Road.

This is the exit of Gu Huan Highway, and the most obvious signs are "Fengchi Mountain" and "Baiyun Cave". If you come from Gu Huan Expressway, you can turn by looking at these two road signs.

Gu Huan Highway is very suitable for self-driving, cycling and hiking, and the scenery along the way is really beautiful. Calculate, there are still several kilometers from here to Yongquan Temple. You can walk for a short time in both places, which is very labor-saving, but it is not recommended to walk around at will. It is really easy to get lost!

When you arrive at Yongquan Temple, the sunset will slowly sink and disappear. There are three roads down the mountain in the dark, and the ancient road with night lights is the best choice. After chatting with Jimei about various trifles, we finally reached the foot of the mountain safely.
