From the anatomical structure of human pelvic floor, vagina is mainly composed of muscles and related ligament tissues. Perivaginal sphincter weakness or dysfunction will lead to vaginal cavity enlargement and vaginal orifice relaxation. Drug therapy can't restore the elasticity of muscle tissue. Laser therapy can improve the vaginal environment, but it can't repair the sphincter around the vagina. In addition, injection filling and tightening are also unscientific. At present, relaxation can only be achieved through surgery and exercise. Minimally invasive 3D biological belt tightening has been carried out in plastic surgery and gynecology to tighten vaginal cavity and vaginal orifice. Minimally invasive surgery was used in the operation.
