The signal of the load cell is disturbed: because the sensitivity of the load cell of any structure is not greater than 5mV/V, and most of them are 3~2mV/V sensitivity voltage signals. Improper wiring in the control cabinet can easily lead to signal errors; In severe cases, the frequency converter will rotate completely due to the weight signal, and the equipment will be blocked.
Improper setting of acceleration and deceleration time of PID controller or frequency converter. The equipment adjustment process is too slow, dragging its feet.
The entrance is blocked and the coal seam is very uneven.
