20xx is a challenging year for fixture design and manufacturing, from professional fixture design engineer to PI process engineer to fixture design, and from 70% of the fixture outsourcing to factory-made. With the diversification of new products and the acceleration of the development cycle of new projects such as OPPO/ Lenovo /HTC/GSL, the fixture delivery time has been reduced from 15 working days to 8 working days, especially to 5 to 3 working days. This year, we reformed and innovated the fixture and equipment, and realized the simplification, modularization, generalization and reproducibility of fixture design. After unremitting improvement and optimization, the task was successfully completed. In order to sum up the experience, improve the shortcomings, and carry out the work better in the future, the work this year is summarized as follows:

First, the fixture design

1. According to my working experience for many years, the fixture design and manufacture of our company have been modularized in 20xx, and some fixtures have been generalized. And put the designed modules (2D and 3D drawings) into the public * * * disk for engineers to learn. If there are similar products, just modify the parts to improve the efficiency of fixture design. For example, SMT test fixture, I designed a universal test rack. When changing the product model, I only need to design and manufacture the test needle board and PCM positioning block, which shortens the design and manufacture time. In terms of cost, outsourcing a set needs 800 yuan. With universal shelves, factory processing only needs 150 yuan. If there are 8 sets of SMT test fixtures per month (8 *12 * 650 = 62,400 yuan), you can save more than 60,000 yuan a year.

2. The process engineer is required to upload the designed fixture drawings to the public panel, review the drawings in time, and calculate the processing hours and expenses of the factory. Suggestions are put forward to correct the fixture with unreasonable design and unknown size to ensure that the fixture processing can complete the task faster and better.

3. Add and update the modules in the male * * * disk, and make the newly purchased fixture fittings into 3D drawings according to the physical objects and put them into the male * * * disk (such as large, medium and small fast fixtures, various screws, nuts, springs, guide sleeves, guide posts, cylinders, hinges, guide rails, handles, bearings, linear bearing, etc.). ) to help engineers lift fixtures.

4. Due to the upgrading of EME equipment, in order to facilitate the operation of employees, hot-pressing welding fixture module, laser welding fixture module and hot-melt fixture module have been designed and manufactured one after another. So far, six laser welding machines have been improved (all pneumatic fixtures of laser machines are processed in the factory).

5. Participated in the equipment improvement of the production line, and successively added and reformed the accessories of laser printers, automatic testers, bar code printers, automatic bonding insulation paper machines and other equipment, providing help. As long as there is demand in the production line, we will design, manufacture and install it in time.

Second, the fixture processing

1. Strengthened cooperation with process engineers and other departments. New product fixture processing requires that drawings be uploaded to the public * * * disk, and drawings with unreasonable design, unclear labeling and unable to be processed can be communicated and processed in time. Give priority to the fixtures worn, added and maintained on the production line to ensure that there is no problem with the fixtures on the production line, which can reduce detours and change the situation that the fixture treatment was complicated, annoying and trivial before, and everyone felt bad and everyone looked bad.

2. Record the technician's daily work status with Excel form, and follow up kanban (kanban paste; What can be done today is done today! If there is no deadline, it is not a job! Never be late), keep abreast of the machining progress and ensure the fixture delivery. At the end of each month, employees with high processing efficiency are praised by pareto chart, and employees with low processing efficiency are trained in skills.

3. Make a record of fixture distribution and maintenance, know the usage of fixture in time, and provide a reliable basis for the improvement and service life of fixture.

4. By tapping the potential, reducing costs and increasing efficiency, self-made fixtures in the factory and reasonable leadership in the workshop, the fixture cost is saved by 42,000 yuan per month. Timely provide quotations and tooling costs for new projects this year. Make a reference table of outsourcing and self-made expenses of fixture processing, which can be shared by PE engineers and purchasers, and provide a basis for reducing fixture manufacturing costs.

5. Improvement of light welding machine: On September 10, 20xx, a universal laser welding machine fixture (pneumatic) was designed. At present, three laser machines have been put into use, successfully solving the problem that EME technicians have difficulty in adjusting the machines and fixtures. The improvement of the equipment simplifies the welding positioning fixture. The original fixture does not need the bottom plate, and the fixture cost has been reduced from 500 yuan to 150 yuan, saving more than 8,000 RMB.

Thirdly, the improvement of fixture processing equipment

1. Scrap the milling machine that can't be used (the milling machine whose original mold was scrapped), buy a new milling machine and add a precision engraving machine to ensure the machining accuracy of the fixture. After improvement, the fixture that originally needed outsourcing processing does not need outsourcing processing (such as battery module, angled and bent fixture, large (super-long) fixture, etc. ), reducing costs, improving efficiency and shortening the development cycle of new projects. In the past, the outward processing price of rd's battery modules was 45 yuan 1PCS. If the equipment is good, all the in-plant processing is only about 10 yuan. According to statistics, the battery module can save more than 6000 yuan per month. The processing cycle has been shortened from about 10 day to about 5 days now, and the efficiency has been improved by more than 60% on the original basis.

2. Cleaning equipment &; Maintenance responsibility lies with people, and the fixture room is arranged for 5S every day (including machine tool oiling and cleaning) to ensure the normal operation of processing equipment.

Four. Work safety and environment

Further improve the environment of fixture processing area, equipped with masks, protective glasses, earplugs and labor insurance shoes. When making organic materials, you must bring protective devices. Implement the responsibility of workplace hygiene to people and use auxiliary tools after registration. Improve technicians' sense of ownership, guide and exert the greatest team spirit, eliminate potential safety hazards and operate in a civilized manner.

Five: Disadvantages

1 and in the first half of 20xx, there were some technicians in this department, with strong self-esteem, who were self-righteous in their work, blatantly disobeyed the company's rules and regulations, found fault among their colleagues, and were cynical. These conditions are not conducive to the unity among colleagues, so we should educate them ideologically and create a good working environment and image for the company.

2. In the case that the demand time of fixtures in various departments is very hasty, more events must have clear plans. Use the company's resources, ask for the support of other departments or other personnel, and always take things into your own hands. First, it affects the progress, and second, it cannot guarantee the quality. There is still a lot of room for optimization in these aspects: what is your job, what is help, how to communicate with other departments, how to communicate with your own departments, and how to communicate with customers.

3. Fixtures in new projects are often repaired, restructured and remade, which leads to low fixture processing efficiency and waste of working hours and materials.

I firmly believe that our efforts will be rewarded.
