2. Knead the dough for about ten minutes and knead it into a smooth dough. Then add 30 grams of melted butter and continue to knead the noodles.

3. Knead the dough until it can be pulled out with a strong film without a very thin and transparent glove film. Therefore, friends who don't have a chef's machine can also rub it by hand, which is not very difficult.

4, the dough is good, no need to wake up. Divide it directly into 15 equal parts, and then round them up respectively.

5. Roll the dough into long strips according to the order of dough arrangement, starting from the first strip, and be careful not to roll it too wide here.
