Director Zhou shared with everyone how to do teaching research and how to do it well from the two major themes and five ways of school-based teaching research!

School-based teaching and research has two major themes: optimizing learning methods and improving exercise design!

Director Zhou told everyone from both practical and theoretical aspects: doubt before teaching, learn before teaching, and learn to teach! And use the pyramid form to tell everyone the importance of cooperative learning!

Director Zhou also told everyone about the functions of homework and the principles that should be followed in homework design, and correctly understood the "burden", thus making everyone realize that homework is a gift of wisdom!

Everyone is confused about how to conduct school-based teaching and research. Director Zhou’s explanation solved the mystery for everyone! There are five ways of school-based teaching and research: teacher-student reading and writing, collective lesson preparation, lesson observation and discussion, project research, and quality analysis!
