1, X-axis tool alignment step
Set the origin of the coordinate system on the end face of the part.
(1), start the machine tool, and use the handwheel to move the tool to a position close to the outer cylindrical surface of the workpiece, "Pay attention" (the feed speed of the handwheel is 0. 1).
(2) Rotate the spindle forward, and the cutter contacts the excircle at the speed of handwheel feed ratio of 0.0 1. After that, the Z-axis exits in the forward direction, the relative coordinates of the X-axis are cleared, the X-axis feeds (the feed speed is about 0.2mm), and then the Z-axis turns the excircle in the reverse direction (the length of turning the excircle is about 0.00 1 at the handwheel feed ratio)
(At this time, please note that you can't move after the X axis rotates, and you can only exit the Z axis in the positive direction).
(3) Stop (use vernier caliper) to measure the diameter of the excircle after turning.
(4) Switch the system operation panel to the MDT mode interface, and input "G50X20.0" (where X20.0 refers to the dimension measured after the workpiece is turned).
(5) At the same time, execute this value in the input mode-press the "cycle start key".
(6) After the tool alignment on the X axis is completed, exit the tool.
2. Steps of Z-axis tool alignment
(1), start the machine tool, and use the handwheel to move the tool to a position close to the end face of the workpiece, "Pay attention" (the feed speed of the handwheel is 0. 1).
(2) When the spindle rotates forward, the cutter collides with the end face at the speed of handwheel feed of 0.0 1. After that, the X-axis exits positively, the Z-axis is cleared in the relative coordinates, the Z-axis feeds (the feed speed is about 0. 1mm), and then the X-axis turns the end face (the whole end face of the car) negatively.
(Please note that the Z-axis cannot move after turning, and it can only exit the X-axis in the positive direction).
(3) Switch the system operation panel to the MDT mode interface, and enter "G50Z0" (here Z0 refers to the end position of the workpiece after turning).
(4) Execute this value in the input mode at the same time-press the "Cycle Start Key".
(5) The Z-axis tool alignment is completed, and the tool is withdrawn.
3, the steps of coordinate calibration
(1). In the input mode: enter G00x50.0z0t010/(Note: the value of x here is based on the principle that the input is larger than the diameter of the workpiece blank, and t01kloc-0/refers to the tool number position where the tool is located).
(2) After input: Manually move the tool away from the workpiece, and at the same time set the amplification switch for controlling G00 speed to the slowest state (F0).
(3) After each step enters a safe position, press the "Cycle Start Key" again to make the tool slowly approach the origin of the workpiece.
(4), check the location of the tool is correct.
