How to keep grapes fresh?
A. The jar storage method is to clean the jar, turn it upside down, let the water drop in the jar dry, then wipe the inner wall with a clean cloth dipped in 70% alcohol, and put the treated grapes into the jar layer by layer, each layer is 15~20cm thick, and bamboo curtain brackets are placed between layers to prevent the grains from cracking and rotting. After filling, seal the mouth with polyethylene plastic film and put it in a cool place. Then dig a pit in the shade, put the cylinder in the pit, and gradually increase the cover as the temperature drops. This method can store grapes until New Year's Day and Spring Festival.

B dig a north-south ditch with a length of 10m, a depth of 80cm, an upper width of 1m and a lower width of 30cm, and lay dry sand with a thickness of 5~ 10cm at the bottom of the ditch, and pay attention to killing insects and rats. Put the treated grapes one by one on the sand at the bottom of the ditch, spread a layer of wet sand, spread a layer of grapes, pile up 3-4 layers, and finally cover them with 20-30cm thick wet sand. At first, build straw mats, build them during the day and open them at night. When the temperature drops to 1~2℃ during the day, straw mats are covered at night, and the plastic film is gradually increased with the temperature drop.

C. Storage in shed cellar: put the treated grapes into baskets or boxes, put them in pre-cooled places, put bricks or sleepers under them to facilitate ventilation, and cover them with reeds for shade until light snow falls. In the cellar, a shelf 60~70cm above the ground was built with wooden boards, and the fruit basket was placed on the shelf. Put wooden strips or stalks on the basket or box, then put the basket or box on it, and put it in three layers in turn, showing the shape of "goods" Put 3~4 rows in each cellar, leaving a sidewalk in the middle. After entering the cellar, measures such as ventilation, watering and sealing are adopted to maintain the storage temperature and humidity. Grapes should not be turned over during storage, so keep away from rats.

D. Choose a well-ventilated room for bungalow storage, and use it after disinfection. Put the processed ear into the basket, with the handle up and each ear staggered, and it is advisable to put 20 ~ 25 kg in each basket. Put the board indoors, 60~70cm from the ground. After the fruit basket is placed on the 1 floor, put the boards on the basket, and then put them on the second floor in turn. Leave a sidewalk in the middle to facilitate ventilation. It is required that the indoor temperature should be 0~ 1℃, the fire should be started at low temperature, and the relative humidity should be 80%~90%. When it is dry, you can splash water on the ground to humidify it.

E. Cold storage: put the treated grapes into a bag made of 0.04mm thick polyethylene film, which can hold 4-5 kg grapes and seal. As long as the storage temperature is-1.5 ~ 0℃, the relative humidity is 90%~95%, and the oxygen content is 2%~5%.
