4. Improve standards and focus on rural electricity management, and there are many highlights
Further strengthen rural electricity management, and conscientiously carry out the "Low-voltage Line Loss Standardized Management Year" and "Three Savings" (saving one Split money, save a piece of paper, save an inch of wire) activities, and strive to increase revenue and reduce expenditure, reduce costs, increase efficiency, and improve benefits.
The first is to strengthen the standardized construction of power supply stations. While strengthening the standardization of hardware, we will also strengthen the standardization of basic management to continuously improve the lean management level of power supply stations. Yangcun Power Supply Station has built a demonstration window for the standardized management of rural power supply business of the State Grid Corporation of China, and has built model power supply stations for ten provincial companies, including Weibin and Zhuangjia.
The second is to improve the quality service level of rural electricity. Vigorously promote "secondary guarantee" services into scenic spots, parks, and community activities. The rural residents community service windows of Yangling Branch Park Power Supply Station and Yangcun Power Supply Station have become the highlights of the rural power service demonstration window.
The third is to strengthen the training of agricultural electricians. Establish and improve the rural electricity talent training mechanism, improve the functions of the rural electricity training base, innovate the rural electricity training model, launch the "school-enterprise combination" training project, form a complete rural electricity training system, and establish a normal agricultural electricity training mechanism. Through the rural power low-voltage meter installation and connection technology competition and power distribution maintenance technology competition carried out by our bureau, the excellent results of the training were verified. In the State Grid Corporation of China's 20xx Rural Electricity Staff Examination, Chen Mingtao of Xianyang Bureau performed extremely well and finally achieved good results, ranking fifth in the country.
