Objective: To detect the distribution range and level of apocrine glands in patients with axillary osmidrosis, and take corresponding treatment methods according to the detection results and the characteristics of axillary skin tissue structure. Methods: The axillary skin and subcutaneous tissue were examined, stained with HE, and the position of apocrine gland in skin tissue and its relationship with other skin tissues were observed under microscope. Treatment of bromhidrosis by negative pressure suction scraping scissors pruning under tumescent anesthesia. Results: The distribution range and depth of apocrine glands in patients with osmidrosis were basically the same as those in axillary hair follicles, mainly distributed in dermal reticular layer and superficial fat. 56 patients in this group have good wound healing and no recurrence. Conclusion: The distribution of apocrine glands in axillary osmidrosis is basically the same as that in axillary hair follicles. The methods of swelling anesthesia, negative pressure suction and scraping, scissors pruning were used to treat osmidrosis, and the effect was good.
