How is the motor stator core made? What technology and machinery are used?
Manufacturing technology of motor stator core;

1 lathe axle.

2 punch out silicon steel sheet.

Three large crucibles melt stator aluminum.

Die casting machine die casting.

5 exquisite car lights.

6 sealed and put into storage.

Stator core is an important part of motor flux loop and stator coil, which is connected by punching sheet and various fasteners.

Basic requirements of stator core:

1) has good magnetic permeability and energy performance and low loss.

2) Good rigidity and vibration.

3) It has good ventilation effect in structural arrangement.

4) After lamination, the inner diameter and groove size of the iron core should meet the design accuracy requirements.

In addition, the iron cores of large turbo-generators and large hydro-generators also have special requirements. For example, a large hydro-generator should ensure the joint clearance of the split iron core, otherwise the iron core will vibrate when the motor is running.

Stator core punching sheet is generally made of hot-rolled and cold-rolled silicon steel sheet or nickel soft magnetic alloy sheet with a thickness of 0.5 mm or 0.35 mm. The punching sheet with an outer diameter less than 1m is made of a whole circle, and the punching sheet with an outer diameter greater than 0.99m is made of a fan.

The ventilation groove consists of channel steel and groove, and each tooth on the groove is spot welded with one or two channel steel.

Fastening of stator core: smooth round punching sheet is installed by external pressure, and sector punching sheet is installed by internal pressure.
