The physical examination is organized uniformly by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and is conducted in hospitals qualified for civil servant examinations and public recruitment physical examinations. The cost of the physical examination is borne by the candidates themselves.

After the physical examination, if the candidate has any questions about the conclusion of the physical examination and requires a reexamination, he or she may submit the request in writing within 7 days of receiving the conclusion of the physical examination. Re-examination can only be conducted once, and the results of the physical examination shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination.

Those who pass the physical examination are determined to be candidates for inspection. The competent department shall work with the employer to investigate and understand the ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, etc. of the persons to be inspected, and review the qualifications of the persons to be inspected. If it is found during the inspection that the person does not meet the employment conditions, his or her employment qualification will be cancelled, and the conclusion and basis will be clearly informed to the person under inspection and the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

Those who pass the examination will be determined as candidates for employment. The information of the proposed personnel will be publicized on the official website of Huludao Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the publicity period will be 7 working days. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, the unit where he/she works shall handle the formalities for employment registration, registration, salary and other matters in a timely manner in accordance with regulations; the unit where he/she works shall notify the employing personnel to report within 5 days after handling the employment filing, and the employing personnel shall report within 30 days after the notification by the unit.
