Introduction:

Keith Troy, an unscrupulous terrorist, assassinated jean arthur, a senior FBI agent, but killed his only son by mistake, making jean arthur swear to put Keith Troy in prison himself. Under the tip-off of an informant, jean arthur finally had a chance to arrest him personally and bring Keith Troy and his brother to justice before they escaped by plane.
