Orchids in spring are full of flowers, and osmanthus in autumn is bright and fresh.

What this article mainly wants to tell us is that
This poem was written when Zhang Jiuling was demoted to the long history of Jingzhou. At the end of Kaiyuan, Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty indulged in debauchery and neglected political affairs, spoiling Li and Niu Xianke who catered to everyone. Niu and Li formed a political party to control state affairs and exclude dissidents, which made state affairs more corrupt. Zhang Jiuling was not satisfied with this, so he wrote twelve kinds of feelings with traditional figurative techniques. The poet expresses his ambition through things, and compares his noble integrity with the elegance and purity of Chunlan Qiugui. As Chunlan and Qiugui didn't lose their fragrance and beauty because no one picked them, we can compare our own clean fragrance with the elegant feeling known to Dont Ask For Help.
The beginning of the poem contrasts Chunlan and Qiugui with neat even sentences, pointing out the characteristics of infinite vitality and elegance. In three or four sentences, writing Gui Lan is full of vitality but glorious without flattery, which is a quality that Dont Ask For Help knows well. The first half is about Gui Lan, not people. Five or six sentences "Who knows" lead to a hermit in the mountains who is in tune with Gui Lan. The latter two issues show the feeling of unintentional competition.
On the one hand, the whole poem expresses a calm and detached mentality, on the other hand, the mood of worrying about disasters is looming. Poetry cares for flowers and trees, with far-reaching meaning. Behind reciting things, it embodies the philosophy of life.
