The objectives and requirements of first aid training for burns are as follows:

First, the training objectives

Master the principle of anti-shock fluid infusion in burn department, the main points of nursing observation in shock stage, infection stage and recovery stage of burn, the common causes of burn, special burns such as electric burn and chemical burn, the nursing of inhalation burn patients and the cooperation of tracheotomy. Master the general nursing routine of burn patients and the nursing routine of "emergency" admission. Technical operation of specialized nursing and writing of nursing documents. Master the evaluation of burn specialist's condition (four degrees and five points method). To understand the health education and matters needing attention of burn patients before and after operation. Be able to use theoretical knowledge to solve practical problems under the guidance of teachers.

Second, the training requirements

(1) Abide by various systems and operating procedures, use polite expressions, and sleep in the duty room at night.

(2) One-on-one teaching, shift duty, attending the morning meeting at 7:30 every day, followed by the bedside shift of the accompanying teacher.
