There are three hospitals in the top 10, including Ruijin Hospital affiliated to School of Medicine of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Zhongshan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University and Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University. There are also two former 10 hospitals in Wuhan, namely tongji hospital Union Medical College affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. One is in Guangzhou and the other is in Hangzhou.
There are two hospitals in Chongqing that rank in the top 50, among which the First Affiliated Hospital of Army Military Medical University, a southwest hospital familiar to Chongqing people, ranks 29th, which is the highest ranked hospital in Chongqing. The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University ranks 48th and is the second hospital in Chongqing.
