You can take the 2 1 1 and the sightseeing bus, and get off at Huilongwan Station, next to Xiaoshi Station.

Starting point: Luzhou-Anning-Shidong-Crossroads-Shuangjia-42km-Renhechang-Desheng-33km-Fertilizer Plant-Fuji (Lu Xian County).
