(1) The lying silkworm is oval, while the pouch is triangular.

(2) Sleeping silkworms will be particularly obvious only when they smile again, and no matter what expression on their faces, bags under their eyes will appear;

(3) The position of eye bags is dark, while the place where silkworms lie is small, convex and not dark, but some people lie on silkworms and have eye bags at the same time.

(4) The pouch is far away from the eyelash root of the lower eyelid, and the silkworm is close to the eyelash root of the lower eyelid.

(5) The pouch is a semicircular pouch formed by accumulation of a large amount of fat in the subcutaneous tissue of the lower eyelid, which is mainly caused by fat protrusion, while the lying silkworm is composed of orbicularis oculi muscle.
