The certificate was issued by a legal institution. There are three major institutions, IFBC, ICMA, BTS, and other small institutions generally print their own products with low gold content. If the school gives you double certificates of IFBC and ICMA, it is worth celebrating. These two certificates have high gold content and are recognized by Korean Semi-Permanent Association in Korea and China.
