There is nothing to say about life in Xiaolan Town, which benefits from Xiaolan's strong economic strength. In Xiaolan, Yongning has always been in a leading position in economy and is one of the most famous wealthy villages in China. There are many factories and people's living standards are high, which is certainly suitable for your past life. However, it should be noted that Xiaolan's consumption is also relatively high, but it is definitely not bad for you in Shenzhen, but it is definitely not bad. Yongning has a small environment.
The following is my opinion, because I work in Xiaolan and live in a neighboring town.
1. Xiaolan's living standard, environment and consumption are indeed suitable for settlement, but the house price is not much lower than that in the suburbs of Shenzhen.
There are no commercial buildings in Yongning. It should be said that Xiaolan focuses on the development of industry rather than residential communities, so there are few real estates. So the property price is higher than that in Zhongshan city. Meijia Garden 3200/ Ping is probably the worst unit. You are lucky to be able to buy a property at this price, and it was already in 2003-04, and it has already been sold out. However, it has been under construction recently, and it should be the elevator building. However, the property market in Zhongshan has been rising in recent years, and I am afraid that the property price will exceed 4.5k, which is far from the real center. As far as I know, there is a 100 flat elevator building in the center of the town, with millions. . . .
Qingfeng Garden in Xiaolan Industrial Zone is a joint venture between Xiaolan government and large enterprises in the town. Old employees of those large enterprises can buy a house at a 20% discount, and a flat of 100 is generally above 200,000, but the residential environment is general and the building spacing is relatively small. It's just that this property was also in 2003, and it was bought out long ago!
Jianhua Garden is under construction, mainly villas. Longshan Park, Binjiang Company and the town center near Xiaolan. The environment and supporting facilities are very good, but a set is more than 1 10,000, hehe ~ ~ ~
Haojingyuan is a million-dollar building with better floors mentioned above, which was built in 2002-03. It's in the center of town and has a very good location. But there are many rich people in Xiaolan, and they have all been bought out ~ ~ ~ ~ My former boss-in-law lived in it.
Jin Ju and Yinju Garden are both buildings in the early 1990s, which are very old. But now that the town center has moved there, house prices have risen fatter than pigs. Whether the old building of 10 is worth considering is a matter of opinion.
If you want to settle there in the future, it is suggested to consider Jiangmen (I heard that the property price is very affordable, and there are many real estates in 1K-2K/ flat, as far away as Zhongshan, and the current situation is unknown later), Shunde (like Jiangmen) and Dongsheng (adjacent to Xiaolan, several real estates have been launched before, and the prices are also very good. 1K-. But the poor environment in these two communities is really good. )
Dongsheng town seems to be dominated by community living, and real estate is also developing constantly ... all migrant workers in Xiaolan come to buy a house. Recently, the property price (elevator building) has risen to more than 4K, which is consistent with the property price in the urban area. But now many other developers are building properties, and I don't know how the prices of other properties are (not yet opened). What is worth looking forward to is that this town is on the 105 national road from Zhongshan to Guangzhou, at the midpoint between Xiaolan and the urban area, with convenient transportation and great appreciation potential when investing.
If you buy a house in Zhongshan and don't move your household registration, your children still have to pay borrowing fees and tuition fees to go to school. If it is a Zhongshan hukou, it is compulsory education and only pays a little miscellaneous fees.
2. Xiaolan's companies are mostly private, and the welfare and management are unimaginably unprofessional. There are fewer foreign companies (management and welfare are better than those of private enterprises). Generally speaking, there are fewer foreign companies in Zhongshan than in Shenzhen, and there are definitely fewer job opportunities than in Shenzhen. So I think you should ask your friend about the size of the company he works for, whether it is a foreign-funded or private enterprise, the working environment, welfare and other issues before you think about it.
If the job introduced by your friend is well paid, congratulations.
