2. Generally speaking, according to Article 21 of the Regulations on Work-related Injury Insurance, if an employee is injured at work and is disabled after treatment and affects his working ability, he shall be appraised for his working ability.
3. Workers with work-related injuries can apply for labor ability appraisal and work-related injury grade appraisal after the injury is stable. If there are internal fixation devices such as steel nails and steel plates in the body, the labor ability can only be identified after they are taken out (unless the doctor proves in writing that the internal fixation devices such as steel nails and steel plates do not need to be taken out and left in the body).
4. According to the provisions of Article 8 of the Measures for the Administration of Labor Ability Appraisal of Workers with Work Injury, an application form for labor ability appraisal shall be filled in and the following materials shall be submitted:
(a) the original and a copy of the "work-related injury determination decision";
(2) Complete medical records such as valid diagnosis certificates, copies or duplicates of inspection reports that meet the relevant provisions of medical institution medical record management;
(three) the original and photocopy of the valid identity certificate such as the resident ID card or social security card of the injured employee;
(four) other materials as prescribed by the labor ability appraisal committee.
