The production line adopts automatic bar code management, which can simultaneously produce and test different models. All tests of the unit have realized automatic bar code management, and the computer automatically locates and identifies the tested product. The computer automatically sets control parameters and qualification judgment parameters according to the bar code, automatically records test data, reports unqualified items in real time, and prints unqualified labels (indicating specific unqualified parameters and fuselage codes). It is fast and accurate, which not only greatly improves the efficacy, but also effectively eliminates the risk of misjudgment by manual supervision and makes the product quality better. The system has the international leading level in the industry. Gree not only has an intelligent assembly line suitable for various working fluids (R22, R407C, R 134A, R4 10A), but also forms a set of high-quality and efficient production flow of the whole machine through the cooperation of outdoor pipeline nitrogen filling welding technology, efficient and accurate refrigerant filling technology, systematic two-way impurity filtration technology, automatic commodity inspection system simulating working conditions and automatic packaging and wrapping technology.

Gree Laboratories: Gree Electric has more than 270 laboratories, which is the largest and most comprehensive enterprise in the domestic air-conditioning industry and second to none in the world. From 1992 to now, Gree Electric has invested a lot of money to build laboratories every year, among which more than 20 laboratories have been built for the production of central air conditioners, which are at the world's leading level in terms of quantity, scale and technical content. For example, the multifunctional laboratory of central air conditioners mainly tests the performance of medium and large air-cooled cooling (hot) water units such as air-cooled screw machines. At the same time, the performance reliability of other air-cooled chillers, air-cooled cold air (heat pump) units, water-cooled chillers, water source heat pumps and roof machines was tested, and the tested cooling capacity ranged from 25 kW to 650 kW. The laboratory can also simulate all-weather outdoor environmental conditions, including the function of simulating artificial snowfall. It is the most advanced multifunctional laboratory of central air conditioning in China. There is also the largest water-cooled chiller test-bed in China, and the test cooling capacity ranges from 1.200 kW to 7,000 kW. It can carry out various operation tests on large screw water-cooled chillers and almost all centrifugal water-cooled chillers that meet the national standard, and the test accuracy exceeds the requirements of the national standard.
Gree Laboratory has been at the forefront of its peers in China, and has been recognized by internationally renowned certification bodies, becoming a world-class laboratory. 1999 was approved by TUV rheinland national laboratory in 2000, by Canadian CSA certification body category laboratory in 2003, and by UL CTDP laboratory certification (UL certification) in 2004. The on-line test system can test the refrigeration, heating and electrical parameters of 10 multi-line at the same time; The on-line testing system for household machines can test the refrigeration and heating, electrical parameters and some key process parameters of eight water-cooled household machines at the same time.
2. The on-line test system for modular machines can test four modular machines with equal air cooling and water cooling units of 60-600KW at the same time;
3. The water-cooled screw testing system can test two 60- 1700KW water-cooled screw units at the same time.
