There are five varieties of white tea: Baihao Yinzhen, Bai Mudan, Quancheng Red, Quancheng Green, Gongmei and Shoumei.

1, Bai Hao Yinzhen:

Baihao Yinzhen, founded in 1796, is one of the six famous teas in China. Its origin is in Fujian, and the main producing areas are Fuding, Zherong, Zhenghe, Songxi and Jianyang. It is one of the top ten famous teas in China and is known as the "beauty" and "tea king" in tea. Its appearance is straight as a needle, covered with white hair, like silver as snow, and the finished tea is about 3cm long.

Because the raw materials of fresh leaves are tea buds, the finished tea is shaped like a needle and white as silver, so it is named Baihao Yinzhen.

2. Bai Mudan:

White tea, one of the six famous teas in China, is mainly produced in Zhenghe County, Songxi County, Jianyang District and fuding city, Nanping City, Fujian Province, China. This is a famous tea in Fujian Province, China. Because its green leaves have a silvery white heart and are shaped like flowers, they hold buds like the first bud after brewing, so they are called Bai Mudan.

Bai Mudan has a fat appearance, tender leaves, gray-green leaves, a "heart-shaped" heart with silvery white, and the back of the leaves is covered with white hair; The fragrance is fresh and lasting after brewing; The taste is mellow and slightly sweet; The soup color is bright apricot or clear orange; The leaves are tender, even and complete, with reddish veins, which are distributed among green leaves and have the reputation of "wrapped in red"; According to different raw materials, Bai Mudan can be divided into Zhenghe White Tea, Fuding White Tea and Narcissus White Tea.

3. Quanchenghong:

Quancheng black tea is a black tea created by fermentation on the basis of green tea. Due to its origin in Jinan, Shandong Province, Jinan has the reputation of "Quancheng", hence the name Quancheng Black Tea. It is made from suitable tea bud leaves by typical technological processes such as withering, rolling (cutting), fermentation and drying. Because of the color of dry tea, the color of brewed tea soup is red, so it is named Quancheng black tea.

4. Quancheng Green:

Quancheng green tea refers to a product made from new leaves or buds of tea trees without fermentation, after deactivation, shaping and drying. The color of the finished product and the brewed tea soup retain the green theme of the new tea.

5. Gong Mei:

Gongmei, also known as Shoumei, belongs to one of the six famous teas in China. Location: Songxi County, Zhenghe County, Jianyang District, Jian 'ou City and Pucheng County, Nanping City, Fujian Province, China. It is the highest output item in white tea, accounting for more than 50% of the total output of white tea.

Gongmei is made of tea tree buds, which is different from the "Dabai Tea" raw tea made of Fuding Dabai Tea and Zhenghe Dabai Tea. In the past, the tea buds of vegetable tea were used to make varieties such as Baihao Yinzhen, and later "Dabai" was used to make Baihao Yinzhen and Bai Mudan, and Xiaobai was used to make beautiful workmanship.
