1. High-temperature electrostatic fluorocarbon spraying (baking oil)
Spraying Hangzhou fluorocarbon paint on aluminum alloy surface has actually been widely used in aluminum curtain walls, door and window components and other fields. Fluorocarbon spraying of aluminum alloy for curtain walls, doors and windows components is mostly carried out in the assembly line of professional fluorocarbon spraying plants. The coating used is PVDF coating.
Baking temperature: 230℃, 15 minutes, with PVDF special primer. The top coat is plain and metallic, and PVDF varnish can be applied.
2. Spraying fluorocarbon coating at room temperature
Some aluminum alloy components that are inconvenient to enter the oven for drying, as well as the on-site spraying of fluorocarbon paint, need to adopt the matching and technology of spraying fluorocarbon paint at room temperature.
Matching products: plain topcoat: epoxy zinc yellow primer+fluorocarbon topcoat.
Metallic paint: epoxy zinc yellow primer+epoxy white primer/epoxy white intermediate paint+fluorocarbon metallic paint+fluorocarbon varnish.
Metallic paint: epoxy zinc yellow primer+same color fluorocarbon paint+fluorocarbon metallic paint+fluorocarbon varnish.
Note: Zinc yellow primer can generally be sprayed once, and fluorocarbon topcoat can be sprayed once or twice as needed. Each layer of metallic paint is sprayed only once.
Construction technology: gas spraying and airless spraying are recommended for large-area and high-thickness construction, brush coating is recommended for small-area repair, and roller coating is generally not recommended. If roller coating is needed, it needs to be explained in advance.
