Good hand shape. Your wrist should be level with the white sword. The palms are arched and the wrists naturally droop. If not, you can use your other hand to help shape, and then raise your finger to play. It is best to correct it in time from the beginning. Your fingers will slip, maybe your nails are born long. If you practice, don't straighten your fingers, but bend them slightly. Try to let the meat touch the keys, not the fingernails.
Practice with Hanon and Schmidt. Remember, when practicing basic exercises, you must relax, your wrists should not be stiff, your arms should not be tight, your strength is given by your fingers, and you should pay attention to your waist strength when chording. If the hand shape is wrong, you should slow down and practice and deliberately correct it. Come on!
Extended data:
Adjust the seat, including three aspects:
(1) Adjust the distance between the seat and the piano. Sit up straight, gently raise your hands with your arms and put them on the piano keyboard. At this time, if the elbow of the arm just touches the chest side of the vertical line of the upper body, the upper arm and forearm form an obtuse angle slightly greater than 90 degrees, and the distance between the sitting posture and the keys is basically appropriate.
If the elbow of the arm moves forward too much, the angle between the upper arm and the forearm is greater than 90 degrees, and the whole arm is a little "straight", which means that you are sitting far away, so you should move the piano stool towards the keyboard.
On the contrary, if you put your hand on the piano keyboard, your elbow does not move to the front, or even moves to the back of the vertical line of the upper body, resulting in a "bending feeling" of your arm, which shows that if you sit too close to the keyboard, you should move the piano stool back moderately.
(2) Find the midpoint of the whole keyboard. Piano with keyhole, with keyhole in the middle. If there is no keyhole, you can put your feet right against the two pedals of the piano. At this time, if there is no left-right deviation between your legs, you are sitting in the middle.
In addition, you can also find the midpoint on the keyboard. The midpoint of the piano's 88 keyboards is between the first E and F keys on the right of the center C; 85 keyboard, in the first E-flat key on the right side of the center C, find the middle point, sit in the middle and control the whole situation.
(3) Adjust the height of the seat. Sit up straight and put your hands on the piano keyboard. At this time, if the elbow is slightly higher than the plane of the piano keyboard, it is generally appropriate to sit low. However, if the elbow is too high above the plane of the piano keyboard, the arm seems to be a bit "suspended" and the wrist cannot be laid flat naturally, indicating that the seat is on the high side and the piano stool should be lowered appropriately.
On the contrary, if the elbow is obviously lower than the plane of the piano keyboard when the hand is placed on the piano keyboard, it means that the seat is low and the piano stool should be raised appropriately.
All the above are general standards. Among them, sitting in the middle point is the same requirement for everyone. The height and front and back of the seat may not be absolutely the same for everyone, but there should be a stable adjustment scale for yourself and yourself.
