There are no buses to Ruili in the surrounding Pu'er and Lincang, so you may have to go in sections, Jinggu-Lincang, Lincang-Baoshan, Baoshan-Ruili.

Supplement: If Lancang Road does not pass through Jinggu after it is opened to traffic, you can definitely take the sleeper car from Jinghong to Ruili when you get to Lincang. This bus has to enter the passenger terminal when arriving in Lincang.
