To start the air conditioner before disassembling the machine, you can set the cooling state with the remote control. The compressor works for 5- 10 minutes. After the refrigeration state is normal, unscrew the cover on the interface between the external machine liquid pipe and the gas pipe with a wrench, and close the high-pressure pipe (thin) stop valve. 1 minute later, the surface of the pipeline will be dewed. Close the low-pressure pipe (coarse) stop valve immediately, and close the same machine in time, and unplug the power plug. (If it is winter, it is recommended to cover the temperature sensor probe of the indoor unit with a warm towel first, and then control the cold state to start the machine. You can also use the forced start button on the indoor machine to start the machine and investigate whether there are other problems in the indoor machine and outdoor machine. Prevent troubles caused by transfer.

2. Dismantle the indoor unit

After the refrigerant is recovered, the indoor unit can be disassembled. Unscrew the lock nut connected to the indoor unit with a wrench and tighten it with the prepared sealing sodium to protect the thread of the connecting joint of the indoor unit and avoid damaging the thread of the joint during handling; Then use the crosshair to remove the control line. The symbols should be made together to avoid wrong connection during equipment installation. Assuming that the signal line or power line is connected incorrectly, the external machine will not work or the machine will be out of control. The hanging plate of the internal machine is generally strong and not easy to disassemble; After unloading, take off the hanging board, put it on a flat cement floor, and then pat it quietly and correct it.

3. Remove the outdoor unit

The outdoor unit should be dismantled by professional refrigeration maintenance personnel under the condition of ensuring safety. After loosening the external machine connection lock nut, tighten the thread protecting the external machine connection joint with the prepared sealing sodium. Then use a wrench to loosen the fixing screw of the external machine foot. When putting down the outdoor unit after disassembly, it is best to hang it with a rope. Pay attention to balance, avoid vibration and bump, and pay attention to safety.

The take-up of the outdoor air conditioner should be straightened gradually, and the four ports of the take-up should be sealed with four prepared plugs to prevent dust and moisture from entering the air. If the plug is good, it will be tied up in a plastic bag and coiled in a circle for easy handling.

equipment

After identifying the orientation of the internal and external machines according to the above principles, immediately equip the internal machine hanging plate. After the internal and external machine hanging plate is firmly equipped, straighten the coupling and check whether the pipeline is bent. Next, check whether there are cracks in the bell mouths at both ends. If there is a crack, flare it from the beginning, otherwise it will leak fluorine. After all, check whether the control line is short-circuited or open-circuited. After confirming that the pipeline, control line and outlet pipe are in good condition, tie them together and seal the joint receiving port. When crossing the wall, two people should cooperate to wear it slowly inside and outside the wall to avoid strain; Connect pipes with internal and external machines and connect control lines.

Next, clean the air inside the pipes and machines. The solution is this:

(1) Tighten the connected external machine joint (thin) and loosen the valve stem of the globe valve by about 1 turn with a special wrench.

(2) When the squeak of the external machine connector (coarse) is heard, tighten the connector (coarse) with a metal sheet hand for about 30 seconds.

(3) Loosen the check valve lever on the (thick) pipe.

(4) Completely loosen the valve stem of the cut-off valve on the (thin) pipe. The space-time fader has been emptied.

Finally, use detergent to check the leakage, carefully observe whether there are bubbles coming out of each joint, and after confirming that there is no leakage in the system, tighten the safety helmet of the valve, and then start the trial operation.

1, start cooling.

2. After the external machine is running, collect fluorine: close the small valve, close the large valve after the valve is frosted, and turn off the power supply.

3. Disconnect the power supply and remove the connecting wires, screws and internal and external machines.

Wall-mounted air conditioning equipment

It is necessary to read the random data Equipment Manual in detail before starting the equipment.

I. Indoor equipment

1. After selecting the equipment direction, fix the equipment board:

① Remove the equipment board on the back of the indoor unit and place the equipment board in the pre-selected equipment direction. At this time, it is necessary to adhere to the proportion of horizontal loose feet to the ceiling and left and right walls, and confirm the orientation of the holes in the fixed wallboard;

(2) Punch the fixed hole with the electric hammer of Ф 6 bit into the plastic expanding tube, and fix the equipment board on the wall with self-tapping screws. The number of fixing holes shall not be less than 4-6, and the level of the equipment board shall be confirmed with a spirit level.

2. Make a hole in the wall:

Select the drill bit according to the machine type, and use electric hammer or diamond to punch the wall hole. Try to avoid wires or foreign objects from entering the wall and excellent wall when punching holes. The inside of the hole should be 0.5- 1 cm higher than the outside to facilitate drainage.

The through-wall hole of the outlet pipe on the indoor unit side should be slightly lower than that on the lower side of the indoor unit (as shown in the figure below). When drilling a diamond, stick a plastic cloth on the wall or choose other methods to avoid water flowing on the wall. When drilling with electric hammer, dust-free equipment should be used. After punching holes in the wall, put the through-wall maintenance sleeve.

3, convergence convergence:

① Place the indoor unit on a soft mat to avoid scratching.

(2) Adjust the direction or orientation of the input and output pipes according to the orientation, and confirm whether it is the left water outlet pipe, the right water outlet pipe, the left rear water outlet pipe or the right rear water outlet pipe.

(3) Pull the insulating sleeve of the input and output pipe of the indoor unit 10- 15cm to connect with the joint. When connecting pipes, connect the low-pressure pipe first, then the high-pressure pipe, push the conical surface straight to the bell mouth, screw the connecting nut to the bottom of the bolt by hand, and then fix it with two wrenches.

4, binding cohesion, crossed:

(1) Banding shall be carried out in the order of power cord, signal cord on the upper side, gathering in the center and water pipe on the lower side.

(2) Don't pull the snake tube when dressing.

(3) Ensure that the outlet direction is connected with the drain pipe. When the drain pipe is not long enough and needs to be extended, it should be noted that the extended part of the drain pipe should be covered with a protective tube; The drain pipe interface should be sealed with all-purpose glue, and the water pipe should not be coiled in any direction; When expanding the pipe, 5-6 parts can be fixed with vinyl tape.

When the pipeline is pulled out horizontally, it should be covered with thermal insulation material, as shown in the following figure.

(4) When bandaging, avoid the pipe joint for leak detection.

5, hanging indoor unit:

Pass the wrapped pipes and connecting wires through the hole in the wall, so as to avoid damage to the bell mouth and sediment entering the connecting pipes until the indoor unit can be connected and hung, and ensure that the indoor unit is stuck in the slot. When shaking by hand, you can't shake it up, down, left and right. Use a spirit level to measure whether the indoor unit is level.

B. Outdoor unit

(1) Fixing the equipment bracket: the equipment bracket is fixed with an expansion bolt or a long bolt. When the wall is thin or the strength is not good, the long bolt is fixed with a lock pad, otherwise it may become loose or fall off. Fix more than 6 bolts with a diameter of not less than 10mm, which can bear 4 times of human and machine parts after fixing, and the bracket should be horizontal.

(2) Fix the outdoor unit on the bracket with a bolt with a diameter of 10mm, which should pass through from top to bottom, and add a lock pad to check whether the outdoor unit is horizontal. If the installation height of the outdoor unit is higher than that of the indoor unit, it should be installed as shown in the following figure, and the concave-convex difference should be less than 5 meters.

(3) Connect the power cord and signal cord: remove the electric box cover of the outdoor unit and connect the wires according to the matching numbers in the indoor unit junction box and the outdoor unit junction box.

Some points to note:

(1) When the connecting cable is lengthened, the original cable shall not be cut and connected, and a new connecting cable with appropriate length shall be replaced, which shall conform to the air conditioning operation specifications.

(2) Wires should not touch connected compressors, electric fans and other moving parts.

(3) The internal connection cannot be changed at will.

(4) If the air conditioner is installed in a place vulnerable to voltage fluctuation or electromagnetic interference, it is best to add a magnetic ring or twisted pair on the control line to avoid the air conditioner from being disturbed and failing. In particular, it is necessary to use the signal control line of frequency conversion air conditioner and patio air conditioner, and it is not allowed to add long lines or not use the lines that come with the machine.

(5) Tighten the screws. Looseness can lead to overheating or component failure, which may lead to fire.

(6) Connect according to the circuit diagram or electrical control principle, and connect according to the corresponding colors and identification symbols.

(7) Fix the power supply connection and signal control line with clips and fixing screws.

(8) The remaining wires shall be wrapped in the connecting pipe assembly, and the remaining wires shall not be pressed around the plug to avoid eddy current heating and accidents.

C, connecting pipes

(1) Check whether there is dirt on the bell mouth, and put the rest in a place that will not affect the appearance as required. Align the bell mouth directly with the conical mouth, screw the adapter nut to the end by hand, and then tighten it with a torque wrench.

(2) Select a vacuum pump or its own refrigerant cylinder for evacuation. You can also open the handle of the pressure regulating valve 1/2- 1/4, jack up the ejector pin of the fluorine adding port, and empty it for 10- 15 seconds. Generally, when you can feel the exhaust cooling by hand, stop emptying, and then fully open the concave-convex pressure valve stem.

(3) Use soapy water or leak detector to check the leakage of each interface, fluorine filling port and valve stem of concave-convex pressure valve. When checking the leakage, stay in each place for at least 3 minutes, pay attention to check the leakage when stopping in summer, and check the leakage when heating in winter. After ensuring that there is no leakage, wrap the joint with insulating sleeve to ensure that all parts of the copper tube do not touch the air to avoid future leakage.

D, cleaning up

(1) Joints shall be arranged horizontally and vertically, and the corner radius shall be greater than 10cm as far as possible, and the joints shall not be bent or flattened when bending.

(2) The joints shall be molded and fixed as required, preferably with pipe clamps every 1.5m to prevent noise during machine operation.

3. The wall protector of the device is sealed with sealing mud to prevent foreign objects in the air from entering the room.

Some points for attention in the transfer of split air conditioning

First, debugging:

Before moving the machine, test the function and operation of the air conditioner.

Second, recover the refrigerant and remove the connecting wires inside and outside the room;

It's better to mark the two ends of the connecting wire, so as not to show the possibility of problems caused by connecting the connecting wire by mistake when installing the machine.

Third, adhere to the cleanliness of the interface;

Because used air conditioners are generally attached with dust and dirt, attention should be paid to the cleaning of the bell mouth and joints when removing the connecting nuts to avoid dust and dirt entering the pipeline after moving the machine and causing pipeline blockage. Before the equipment is connected to the interface, check whether there is dirt on the bell mouth and inside again, and then remove the nut and cover it. If it happens to rain, the nozzle should be wrapped in plastic bags when opening and closing to avoid ice jam caused by rain.

4. When disassembling the indoor unit, condensate water should be avoided from flowing into the circuit board;

Because some condensed water remains in the water receiving tray and drain pipe of the indoor unit, when disassembling and moving the indoor unit, the end of the indoor unit with the circuit board cannot be turned down or even turned over, but the end with the circuit board should be slightly higher to let water flow out from the other end. Only in this way can condensate water be prevented from flowing into the circuit board and electrical problems occur when the indoor unit is turned on.

5. Check the convergence of the bell mouth;

Because the bell mouth on the joint receiver has been kneaded for a long time, some bell mouth roots have a deep circle of indentation, which is easy to crack and break when starting, resulting in air leakage. Therefore, after the bell mouth is removed, it must be carefully checked, and the unqualified bell mouth must be cut off and unfolded again to avoid dangerous attacks.

Six, in the process of external machine transfer, the device can't turn over, the angle is too large, and it is forbidden to use manual stop valve to lift the machine.

In addition, when moving the machine, we should pay attention to handling with care, scientific disassembly procedure, reasonable extubation direction and moderate bending strength.

Seven, when reinstalling should pay attention to the following aspects:

1, whether the terminal or other local wiring is loose to avoid sparks or other dangerous attacks, whether the wire is aging, and if it is aging, it must be replaced;

2. Check whether there is fluorine leakage at the joint. If the machine used for a period of time has fluorine leakage, the leakage point will generally have oil pollution;

3. Measure the insulation resistance of air conditioner to avoid air conditioner leakage;

4, the outlet pipe drainage is reasonable;

5. Clean the filter screen and air duct system;

After the commissioning of the device is completed, the following data shall be measured and recorded:

1, with or without abnormal sound;

2. High pressure and low pressure;

3. Air inlet temperature, air outlet temperature, temperature difference, indoor and outdoor environment and temperature;

4. Power supply voltage;

5. Working current of air conditioner.
