Brief introduction of Xiong Jie.
Xiong Jie (1979.7-), male, doctor, professor, distinguished researcher, outstanding talent of the Ministry of Education in the new century, academic and technical leader of outstanding young people in Sichuan Province, and the Hundred Talents Program of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. /kloc-0 was born in Dazhu, Sichuan in July, 1979. He graduated from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China with a bachelor's degree in applied chemistry in July, 2002, and received a doctorate in material physical chemistry from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in June, 2007. In the same year, he stayed at the School of Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. From May to October, 2009, he was engaged in postdoctoral research at the Semiconductor Technology Center of Los Alamos National Laboratory, and served as an assistant researcher at the Integrated Nanotechnology Center of Los Alamos National Laboratory from May to October, 2009. Now he is a member of American Materials Research Association (MRS), American Vacuum Association (AVS), american physical society (APS), IEEE, China Vacuum Society, China Electronics Society and Sichuan Science and Technology Association.
