1, insert the hot melt adhesive stick from the back of the glue gun, and let the glue stick enter completely. Insert the glue gun into the power socket, adjust the temperature of the glue gun to the highest, preheat it for 3 or 5 minutes, and let the hot melt adhesive melt completely. Then select the appropriate traction gasket according to the diameter of the dent, pull the trigger of the glue gun, and apply melted glue on the traction gasket.
2. Stick the traction gasket coated with hot melt adhesive on different positions according to different application points, and gently press it by hand.
After 3.5 minutes, align the center hole of the hammer with the shaft sleeve of the traction gasket, and pull out the gasket evenly.
4. It is sinking slowly. If there is a protruding part in the drawing, knock it back and forth with a rubber hammer and a special wooden pen until the concave part is mixed with the car paint. If the dent repair is not ideal, this step can be repeated, but it is generally difficult to restore the dent to its original state only by drawing repair technology. Generally, gentle depressions can be repaired by traction. If the above repair process cannot restore the sag to its original state, we need to use the second jacking method to repair it.
Second, the top inclined type
1, the top warping needs to be repaired from the back of the sheet metal, so for general repair, we need to remove the door trim panel, remove the interior trim panel, find the screws fixed on the door panel, and remove the screws.
2. Break the buckle fixed on the door panel, remove the wire harness on the door panel, and fix the door panel with the fixing rod, so that the gap position on the door can be used for maintenance.
3. Need to use a lever tool to repair the jacking device and insert the tool into the door. Move the tool to find the concave position, and gently and evenly push out the concave metal sheet until the metal sheet melts into the car paint, and the radian of the car paint is consistent.
4. Use a rubber hammer and a special wooden pen to knock back and forth at the protruding place in the jack-up project until the depression is integrated into the car paint.
5. There are some special dents that cannot be repaired by removing the door trim panel, or the dent area is too large, so it is necessary to remove the door and the door. First of all, we need to stick adhesive tape on the edge of the door and the edge of the front fender (to prevent the paint of the door and fender from being scratched when separating the door), then remove the screws of the door anklet and wrap the anklet with a towel (mainly to prevent the door from shaking back and forth and scratching the paint).
6. Disassemble the wiring harness between the door panel and the car body directly, then unscrew the screw between the door panel and the car body to separate the door, put the door on the shelf and fix it, and we can repair it. When the door is removed for maintenance, the maintenance will be more flexible and the maintenance difficulty will be reduced. The repair speed will be faster.
