Double eyelid surgery is not a particularly difficult plastic surgery project. At present, the technology of making double eyelids is quite mature. According to different situations, double eyelid surgery has different correction methods. 1, narrow double eyelids means that the absolute width of double eyelids is too narrow (less than 5 mm), resulting in hidden double eyelids. Compared with the patient's face and the width of eye fissure, the width of double eyelids is too narrow and the double eyelids are uncoordinated. This is related to design and sewing. The designer's design (including the patient's prior requirements) is too narrow, or the sewing position is too low when sewing. Correction method: cut along the original incision, fully peel off the skin below the double eyelid line, peel off the gray line at the lower edge of the upper eyelid as much as possible, remove the orbicularis oculi muscle and the tissue in front of the meibomian as much as possible, make full use of the extensibility of the upper eyelid skin, lift the incision for suture, and increase the width of the double eyelid (which can increase the width 1 ~ 3mm). This method can properly tilt eyelashes, increase aesthetic feeling and enhance the strength of young people. 2. Too wide double eyelids means that the width of double eyelids is greater than 8 mm; Or its width is too wide relative to the face (small and round), which is more common among European eye pursuers. The width of the double eyelids is too wide, and the subcutaneous tissue of the upper eyelid and the orbital septum below the double eyelid line are too much removed, which leads to depression and poor postoperative appearance. Correction method: Generally, double eyelid line trimming is relatively easy, but it is not eye surgery in Europe. As long as the incision is redesigned within the range of 6 ~ 8mm and the original incision is removed, the effect is good. For patients with eye diseases in Europe, it is difficult to repair, and the operation is carried out in two steps. In addition to reducing the incision, the upper eyelid depression must be filled with dermal fat flap, free fat particles, or artificial biological materials (including expanded polyethylene and Inkjeldahl). According to the situation, the operation is carried out in one stage or two stages. 3. The double eyelid line is not obviously manifested as the partial and complete disappearance of the double eyelid line, which is more common in thread embedding method and suture pressing pad method. At present, the so-called polymer double eyelid and film pressing method on the market are actually one of the ways of embedding thread. The reason for the failure is that the selection method is incorrect. For those with thick and bloated eyelids, the embedding method failed to make the tarsal plate permanently adhere to the skin at the double eyelid line. Before the meibomian incision, the orbital septum fat and orbicularis oculi muscle were not completely removed, and the skin and meibomian failed to adhere. Correction method: if the double eyelids disappear completely, they should be redone according to their adaptive methods. If the eyelid is thin and there is no vegetation or light color in the inner corner of the eye, the catgut embedding method can be selected. If the eyelid is thick (bleb eye) and there is vegetation in the inner corner of the eye, the incision method should be changed. If the double eyelid line partially disappears, only the re-operation of the disappeared part can be performed. Of course, the radian should be consistent and natural with the remaining double eyelid line. 4. Multilayer folds of the upper eyelid skin, commonly known as two double eyelid lines (one or two layers more than eyelids) appear after the triple eyelid double eyelid surgery, and the whole triple eyelid or part (inside or outside) may appear. Because the double eyelid line is not designed according to the radian, the skin and tissue between the double eyelid line and the eyelid margin are uneven. Too much skin excision in the inner corner of the eye and too much subcutaneous tissue excision above the incision line lead to multiple adhesion between the skin and the meibomian. In addition, the sewing position is wrong, and it is not stitched according to the arc. Correction method: mild early triple eyelid, which can disappear after swelling; You can also pull the skin on the upper edge of the incision by hand for 2 to 3 months to make it loose and droop, covering the redundant double eyelid line; In severe cases, the folds should be cut, peeled and loosened according to the original incision, and the skin at the lower edge of the incision should be sutured upwards beyond the adhesion between the original meibomian and the skin. 5. The double eyelid line of the triangle eye is interrupted, the continuity is poor, the middle is too high, and the inner side of the double eyelid line is too high. When you open your eyes, the inside can't be lifted together with the eyelid margin. Correction method: redesign the double eyelid line, widen the width of the interruption and the outside of the double eyelid line, cut along the original double eyelid line, and remove part of the upper eyelid skin at the upper edge of the incision to coordinate the width of the inside and outside. 6, ptosis, heavy sensation of opening eyes, excessive surgical trauma, levator palpebrae superioris injury, hematoma, bleeding, infection, tissue adhesion, scar constitution. Correction method: Different correction methods are used for different reasons. If the levator palpebrae superioris muscle is injured, the muscle will shorten, the scar will shrink, the scar will soften and the adhesion will be lifted. If there is no serious eye sensation, psychological treatment will be given. 7. When the radian is not ideal, the eyes are asymmetrical, or the eyes are asymmetrical before operation, and the operation is not careful. Correction method: Redo the ideal side and the side with bad incision. So you don't have to worry. After all, the probability of double eyelid surgery's failure is very low. Under normal circumstances, most patients who have failed in double eyelid plastic surgery can get good results after re-meticulous and exquisite surgery. Some patients even exceed the same eye conditions, except for a few patients with unsatisfactory results due to poor conditions, they can be improved to some extent, thus relieving psychological pressure and obtaining a good appearance. 8.
