Article 12 An applicant for a motor vehicle driving license shall meet the following conditions:
(1) Age condition:
1. Those who apply for the quasi-driving model of small cars, small automatic cars, small automatic passenger cars for the disabled and mopeds are over 18 years old and under 70 years old;
2. Those who apply for low-speed trucks, tricycles, ordinary tricycles, ordinary motorcycles or wheeled motorcycles are at the age of 18 and under 60;
3, apply for city buses, large trucks, trolleybuses or trams, at least 20 years old, but under 50 years old;
4. Apply for the quasi-driving model of medium-sized buses, at 2 1 year old and 50 years old;
5. Those who apply for tractor driver's license are over 24 years old and under 50 years old;
6. Those who apply for the quasi-driving model of large buses are over 26 years old and under 50 years old;
7. Students who receive full-time driving vocational education and apply for the quasi-driving model of large buses and tractors are over 20 years old and under 50 years old.
(2) Physical condition:
1. Height: The height of the applicant who is allowed to drive a bus, tractor, city bus, large truck or trolley bus is above 155cm. Enter oneself for an examination of medium-sized bus driving type, height150 cm;
2. Vision: those who apply for buses, tractors, city buses, medium-sized buses, large trucks, trolleybuses and trams have naked vision or corrected vision of more than 5.0 on the logarithmic visual acuity chart. Apply for other quasi-driving models, and the naked eye vision or corrected vision of both eyes reaches above 4.9 on the logarithmic visual acuity chart.
Monocular vision impairment, naked eye vision or corrected vision is above logarithmic visual acuity chart 5.0, and horizontal visual field reaches 150 degrees. You can apply for motor vehicle driver's license for small cars, small automatic cars, low-speed trucks, three-wheeled cars and small automatic passenger cars for the disabled.
3, color discrimination: no red and green color blindness;
4, hearing: two ears are 50 cm away from the tuning fork to distinguish the direction of the sound source. Anyone who has hearing impairment but can meet the above conditions by wearing hearing AIDS can apply for a motor vehicle driver's license for small cars and small automatic cars;
5. Upper limbs: the thumbs of both hands are sound, the other fingers of each hand must have three sound fingers, and the limbs and fingers have normal motor functions. However, if your fingertips are incomplete or you have three fingers in your left hand and both palms are complete, you can apply for a motor vehicle driver's license for a small car, a small automatic car, a low-speed truck or a three-wheeled car.
6. Double lower limbs: Both lower limbs are sound, with normal motor function, and the unequal length shall not be greater than 5cm. However, if the left lower limb is missing or loses motor function, you can apply for a motor vehicle driver's license for a small automatic car.
7. Trunk and neck: no motor dysfunction;
8. If the right lower limb and both lower limbs are missing or lose motor function but can sit up by themselves, and the upper limb meets the provisions of Item 5 of this item, you can apply for a motor vehicle driver's license for a small automatic passenger car for the disabled.
If one hand is missing, the thumb of the other hand is sound, the other fingers are sound, the motor function of the upper limbs and fingers is normal, and the lower limbs meet the provisions of Item 6 of this item, you can apply for a motor vehicle driver's license for a small automatic passenger car for the disabled.

Article 14 Anyone who applies for a motor vehicle driver's license for the first time may apply for a motor vehicle driver's license with the quasi-driving types of city buses, large trucks, small cars, small automatic cars, low-speed trucks, three-wheeled cars, small automatic buses for the disabled, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles, mopeds, wheeled bicycles, trolleybuses and trams.
Those who hold a motor vehicle driver's license and apply for increasing the number of quasi-driving models can apply for increasing the number of quasi-driving models of large buses, tractors, city buses, medium-sized buses, large trucks, small cars, small automatic cars, low-speed trucks, three-wheeled cars, ordinary three-wheeled motorcycles, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycles, mopeds, wheeled self-propelled vehicles, trolleybuses and trams.
Article 18 An applicant for a motor vehicle driver's license shall apply to the vehicle management office in accordance with the following provisions:
(a) living in the domicile, it shall apply in the domicile;
(two) living outside the domicile, can apply at the place of residence;
(three) active servicemen (including armed police) to apply in their place of residence;
(4) Overseas personnel apply at their place of residence or residence;
(five) to apply for increasing the number of quasi-driving models, it shall apply at the place where the motor vehicle driver's license is issued;
(six) to receive full-time driving vocational education and apply for increasing the number of quasi-driving models of large buses and tractors, the application shall be made at the place where the education is received.
Article 19 To apply for a motor vehicle driver's license for the first time, an application form shall be filled in and the following documents shall be submitted:
(1) the identity certificate of the applicant;
(2) physical condition certificate issued by medical institutions at or above the county level or at the regimental level. To apply for a small automatic passenger car for the disabled, a physical condition certificate issued by a specialized medical institution designated by the Provincial Health Department shall be submitted.
