Judging from this picture, there may be three reasons.

1. The forging temperature is too low, resulting in insufficient plasticity.

2. The steel is unqualified, and the sulfur content or carbon content is too high.

3. The primary deformation rate during forging is too large.

My analysis is the quality of steel. If the sulfur content is too high, it is easy to crack.
