The difference between rejection and persuasion
1. Dismissal: It is clear that the employer voluntarily proposes to terminate the labor contract, which is usually handled in accordance with Articles 36, 40 and 41 of the Labor Contract Law. According to Article 46 of the Labor Contract Law, the employer shall pay economic compensation.

2. Dismissal: The employer also proposes to terminate the labor contract, but the main basis is Article 39 of the Labor Contract Law, that is, the employee seriously violates the rules and regulations of the employer, and the labor contract is terminated at the same time when he is dismissed. The employer does not need to pay economic compensation, and if the laborer's behavior causes losses to the employer, it must pay compensation to the employer.

3. Persuasion: Literally, it refers to the consultation between the employer and the employee. The purpose of consultation is to require the laborer to voluntarily propose to terminate the labor contract, and the employer can be exempted from paying economic compensation.

Persuasion can be understood as a way of negotiation, but there may be two results: one is that employees resign themselves, and the other is that employers dismiss employees (which can also be said to be dismissal).
